Medicinal Ingredients
Boswellia carterii(Frankincense) resin oil, Eucalyptus officinalis (Eucalyptus) leaf oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) flower oil, Abies balsamea (Balsam Fir) needle & twig oil, Lavandula latifolia (Spike Lavender) flower oil, Cinnamomum camphora (Ravintsara) leaf & branch oil, Citrus limonum (Lemom) peel oil
Un-Medicinal Ingredients
Abies alba (Silver Fir) needle & twig oil

Directions
Aromatic: Depending on the size of the room, add 5-10 drops into the diffuser. Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily to help bring on comfort during colds and flu season.
