Characteristics of the Plant and Product

The key ingredient in Clary Sage essential oil is diol, which is similar in structure to hormones, and helps to regulate the balance of female functions. At the same time, it is a multi-molecule essential oil, just like Lavender essential oil, adding it appropriately to some formulas will make the smell richer and double the effect. The calming properties of clary sage essential oil help relieve the discomfort caused by muscle soreness. It can trigger happiness and relax people.

It should be noted that due to the strong calming effect of clary sage, the concentration should not exceed 1% each time. High concentration can make it difficult to concentrate, so it is best not to use it before driving. Avoid use by pregnant women, low blood pressure, and hormone-related cancer patients.

 

Usage

For local use, concentration ≤1%

For full body use, concentration ≤ 0.5%

For aromatic diffuse, 3-5 drops/use

 

How to blend the oil concentration

5ml carrier oil + 1 drop of single essential oil = 1% concentration

5ml carrier oil + 2 drops of single essential oil = 2% concentration

and so on...

If the eyes and mucous membranes accidentally come into contact with essential oils and feel irritation, never rinse with water. You need to rub or pour vegetable oils such as jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, Grape seed oil, olive oil, and other mild vegetable oils on the irritated parts because essential oils are insoluble in water.

Avoid light and heat, and store at room temperature. Keep away from flame.
