Characteristics of the Plant and Product
St. John's Wort has beautiful yellow flowers, which consist of five petals. St. John's wort has been considered an important medicinal plant for thousands of years, and it is often used for antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and wound healing. And it is most widely used to fight depression, thanks to the synergistic effect of its main ingredient is hypericin and other compounds.
St. John's Wort essential oil is very rare because of its very low extraction rate. When your mood is interrupted, or on days when it is difficult to fall asleep, you may wish to use a 2% massage oil with St. John’s Wort essential oil for a full-body SPA to relax yourself. Or, in the case of acute muscle and joint pain, dilute it to a 5% concentration of massage oil for a local massage to help calm the pain.
It should be noted that avoid direct sunlight after use.
For local use, concentration ≤5%
For full body use, concentration ≤ 2%
For aromatic diffuse, 5-10 drops/use

and so on...
