Characteristics of the Plant and Product
Sweet fennel is a plant of the umbelliferae family. In ancient Roman recipe books, sweet fennel was used as a diuretic, and people believed that it was a herb that could purify the stomach and intestines. Therefore, sweet fennel seeds became the snack of King Louis XIII. Chewing with sugar can reduce the bloating.
It should be noted that the main chemical component of sweet fennel essential oil is ether, which is a very strong, so it must be used at low concentration. Pregnant women, children, and people with epilepsy are prohibited from using it.
Usage
For local use, concentration ≤1%
For full body use, concentration ≤ 0.5%
For aromatic diffuse, 2-3 drops/use
How to blend the oil concentration
5ml carrier oil + 1 drop of single essential oil = 1% concentration
5ml carrier oil + 2 drops of single essential oil = 2% concentration
and so on...

If the eyes and mucous membranes accidentally come into contact with essential oils and feel irritation, never rinse with water. You need to rub or pour vegetable oils such as jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, Grape seed oil, olive oil, and other mild vegetable oils on the irritated parts because essential oils are insoluble in water.
Avoid light and heat, and store at room temperature. Keep away from flame.
